Ahh, the golden period, where you get to work on your company instead of innit. Master the arts of delegation, Allocate resources, and hiring juniors and seniors to sustain that growth without breaking away from your company culture.
At this point, you should be razor focus and conscious of the energy and time you spent developing. You only have one mind and body, and unfortunately, you can’t copypasta yourself.
Scaling is about the inside of a company rather than the outside. Your product or service already proved itself. You need to support that growth with excellent customer service and a great internal company structure.
I don’t necessarily know better. In fact, you probably know your industry better than anybody else. A consultant should be able to function as a mirror and a research tool.
Don’t be afraid to move to newer systems; basically, try to stay relevant and keep innovating even when changes are hard. That comfortable zone can be dangerous sometimes.
Take examples from businesses that “talk the talk and walk the walk” everybody got something to say until they have to put their money where their mouth is.
Break down the essential elements, find weaknesses and lazy points, and improve on things supported by research and data. Stay true to your business philosophy and principles. I’ll will try to give the best-educated advice i can if there is such a thing.
